What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
What are the pool timings?
The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Can we book the cricket pitch in advance?
Yes — the floodlit pitch can be reserved for evening slots. Let us know your preferred time when you enquire and we'll confirm availability.
Are pets allowed?
We currently do not allow pets on the property, to keep the common areas comfortable for all guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-night charge. (Sample policy — confirm your own terms.)
